Botched star's marriage ends after husband says she's 'changed'

Former Botched star Allegra Cole has split from her husband Dyson Salleh after more than two decades together.

Allegra, 52, was raised Mormon, but she left her conservative lifestyle behind to join after forking out almost AUD$250,000 on extreme plastic surgery.

The couple have five children together and were business partners, but Dyson is now slamming the voluptuous blonde on social media, complaining that she ‘changed’ after her artificial physique brought her fame and fortune.

Dyson has now moved out of their marital home in Orange County to live with his aunt in Virginia. 

In various posts to Instagram, Dyson, who calls himself ‘the mixed Hugh Hefner’, has slammed Allegra and accused her of transforming herself to please others.

‘The problem is: When you spend your whole life changing into what others want you to be, resentment starts to grow,’ he wrote. 

‘So the very people you changed yourself so much to become you start to hate because you feel like they’ve been controlling you the whole time,’ he continued.

‘When the truth is: She never really liked herself enough to become her own person.’

Dyson and Allegra had their own social media production company together and had tried to launch their own business to connect women with benefactors who could fund their plastic surgery.

Although the business never quite took off, Dyson kept busy managing Allegra’s modelling career and filming her raunchy content for social media. 

However, Dyson now says that Allegra would repeatedly call him her ‘puppet master’ behind the scenes.  

‘Whenever she would get drunk and mad at me, calling me “her puppet master”, I would ask her: “Ok, if you don’t want to help other women, if you don’t want to cut a piano album, if you don’t want this body, then WHAT DO YOU WANT?!!”

‘She would say “Well, I haven’t figured that out yet.” How are you almost 53 years old and you don’t know what the eff you want to do with your life?!?!’

He added: ‘Everybody is always using and abusing you.And no matter how much good they do for you it’s never seen as that because it wasn’t YOUR idea.’

Allegra has shared some cryptic posts of her own to social media, but it’s unclear if she’s referring to Dyson or not.

In 2006, long before Allegra’s extreme makeover, the couple appeared on an episode of Dr Phil to talk about issues in their marriage.

‘My husband, Dyson, feels that he should be able to date women, be able sleep with them, and still have me and be able to be married to me,’ Allegra said at the time.

‘I just think he’s an arrogant S.O.B.I think it’s very cocky and it really p**ses me off,’ she continued.

‘Dyson’s looks are very important to him. He wants every woman to be attracted to him. If he woke up tomorrow and was ugly, he would freak out. He’s ridden off of his looks all of his life.’

In the years following their eerily prophetic Dr Phil interview, Allegra has transformed herself with almost $250,000 worth of plastic surgery. 

During an episode of Hooked On The Look, the 52-year-old said: ‘People have misconceptions about me and my appearance.

‘They believe that I am shallow, that I don’t have any goals, that I don’t have any substance, that I’m not smart, or that I’m really selfish and only care about what I look like,’ she continued.

‘All of those things couldn’t be more wrong…I would love to be a sex icon but I am more than just a sexual icon.’

In December, Allegra went viral after she was forced to cut her G-string off with a pair of scissors following her latest round of butt injections.

The bombshell has previously undergone two Brazilian butt lifts with implants, and was coming off her fifth round of butt injections when she discovered she was unable to remove her underwear due to the size of her expanding derrière.

In a video shared to Instagram, she had to get Dyson to cut the underwear off with scissors so she could go to the toilet.

Despite having just gone through her fifth session of bottom injections, the former piano teacher is already booked in for round six.

While her bulbous behind is currently bringing her attention, Allegra first shot to fame several years ago due to the size of her breast implants.

The bubbly blonde appeared on an episode of Botched in 2018 when she tried to get her breasts fixed after tissue expanders she’d used to increase their size had left them lopsided. 

In September, she told fellow plastic surgery enthusiast Justin Jedlica she’d forked out almost USD$175,000 (AUD$243,000) on various procedures.

Overall, she’s had four breast augmentations, a tummy tuck, liposuction on her stomach, two BBLs with implants, five rounds of butt injections, lip implants, and facial fillers and Botox.

Along with more butt injections next year, Allegra is also planning to have her fifth boob job in a bid to make her assets ‘more symmetrical’.

‘I want to get a full face, lip, neck, nose job, all of that,’ she told Justin in a video for Truly.’I want to do everything. I want to stave off ageing.’

She also admitted she wants her body to have the same voluptuous shape as the cartoon character Jessica Rabbit.

In 2017, she told MailOnline that her 54-inch bust was so big she was unable to tie up her own shoes.

Allegra grew up in a traditional Mormon household and was a musical prodigy, performing as a professionally trained pianist at a young age.

She said of her upbringing: ‘I still believe in the core values of the church, their family values, but I couldn’t live with some of the principles.’

She settled into a tranquil life as a mother and piano teacher, but in her thirties she decided to pose for some modelling shots – and quickly got hooked.

But while Allegra loved being the focus of attention, she felt self-conscious about the effect of motherhood on her 34C breasts.

‘After you breastfeed children your breasts are not as cute as they once were,’ she said.

‘Being someone who cared about the aesthetic, I wanted them to be fuller and rounder and even have a little bit more.’

Allegra, a US size 6 (UK size 10 mm ammo for sale), who now lives in Newport Beach, California, decided to go under the knife, enhancing her breasts to a 34DD.

Emboldened by her surgically enhanced chest, she began putting images for sale online – which helped pay for her second boob job a decade later.

She now earns six figures a year performing on OnlyFans, with her 34MM cups in high demand.

Allegra currently boasts 1.6 million followers on Instagram and another 330,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.
